London Stock Exchange welcomed Avast, a leading global cybersecurity provider. The Czech software firm Avast was listed on London Stock Exchange on May 10, 2018.
The IPO, consisting of 58.98 million new shares and 181.82 million existing shares, was priced at 250 pence per share. The offer represents approximately 25.3% of the shares and is worth GBP 602m, including gross yie and it ld of GBP 147.4m from the IPO. On the basis of the offer price, the market capitalisation of the Company at the commencement of trading was ca. GBP 2.38bn.
