The global unemployment rate fell to 5.2 percent in September and is at its lowest since 1980, according to a study by the UBS investment bank. UBS chief economist Arend Kapteyn, according to the Financial Times, said that more labour market flexibility helped reduce unemployment in many countries. In October 2018 was the unemployment rate in the Czech Republic just 2,8%. This may cause many problems fort the new investors who can not find enough qualify labour power for their project. In Australia was this value 5% and in New Zealand 3,9%.
