myAVIS™ is a software application for mobile device users. It is developed to help to manage sales, marketing and service activities performed by a team of people working both at a central office and in the field. Designed with sales and distribution organizations in mind, it enables effective management of business processes involving customers located in different regions. Using a server side client, central office staff monitor anddirect the activities of mobile teams. Field staff in turn use their PDA/Pocket PCs to receive data and instructions from headquarters, and to record data collected during customer visits.
