KYJOVAN is a Czech firm with a long tradition in plastic production and processing. The basis of the enterprise was established in 1959 with the foundation of the production cooperative of disabled people called Kyjovan. It was changed to limited company KYJOVAN trade Ltd. in 2002.
The plastic package production is the main production programme, further there is a production of cartonnage and metallic production.

a) PLASTIC Packaging
Kyjovan uses the technology of injection and blowing in plastic processing. Among the processed materials belong the polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE) and polyetylentereftalate (PET). The bottles are manufactured from 40 ml to 2l capacities, other packages are up to 10 l. They are health safe and hygienically certified.

Aside from the bottles, the plastic product line includes also the TECHNICAL PRODUCTS. These comprise blown parts – tanks, wheels, packages along with various industrial products and injection first-aid kits for cars.
b) CARTONNAGE - cardboard box manufacturing
Kyjovan has a long-term experience in manufacturing lapel boxes, large-size packages and shape die-cuts. Manufacturing program includes wrapped luxury cardboard boxes as well. Among the materials processed are triplex board and five-ply board, machine smooth board and imported board for shape die-cuts. The maximal shape die-cut within platen press is 800 x 1200 mm. We use screen print in two colours.
