Regarding to the long time experiences with production of linen yarn and due to the particular technology OPAVLEN can offer goods of permanent high quality, short delivery terms and at the most competitive prices.
At present, OPAVLEN is expanding into foreign markets, it exports already to Italy and other European countries, il cooperates e.g. with IKEA in the field of armchair upholstery, etc. Its total exports into the EU represent approximatelly 50%. OPAVLEN already cooperates with Belgian suppliers of raw materials, e.g. Albert Brille, Castellins, Leon Vandcasteele, Fibrex.
Product, Service :
Due to its technology OPAVLEN is able to produce carded or combed yarn, boiled or ½ bleached in fineness from tex 58 to tex 200 (Nm 17,2 – Nm 5). These yarns are suitable for weaving clothing fabricand technical fabric. The linen yarn is also used for weaving fabrics used for tablecloths, towels, aprons, cloths, dish-cloths production etc.
OPAVLEN also produces twisted and dyed linen yarn.
