Sklarny Moravia is a specialist in the production of bottles, creating original shapes in accordance with customer`s wishes. The basic point of the company`s philosophy is the orientation to customers.
It supplies bottles from a minimum quantity of 20.000 pieces. The offer includes also full range of services: by customer request the company is able to manage technical drawings, mould manufacturing tools, surface treatments such as matting, firing transfer pictures and screen process printing and other supplies to complete our services. In case the customers have no interest in investing in new moulds, the company offers a selection of standard models.
TECHNOLOGICAL EQUIPMENT:
Two natural gas melters:
1) first with a capacity 35 tons of flint glass per day with two manufacturing lines (six single gobs station)
2) second with a capacity 15 tons of coloured glass per day with one manufacturing lines (six single gobs station).
