In 1990 was established KŮS & SYN as a family-run company. In 1993, the owner decided to take advantage of the offered cooperation with Veba a.s. Thanks to his experience in foreign trade and the acquired contacts, the owner was successful in establishing business relations in the textile field. The range of offered services and goods was extended in order to respond to the complex demand for bed and table linens.

Regarding the high quality of work, the export to EU countries currently represents 80% of the company’s production. With regard to growing market demands, the company CZECH TEX. Ltd. was established in 2004 and a branch-office and shop was opened in Prague .

The company is specialized in producing canvas. In Czech folk culture, the colour base of canvas is a white or grey background with Indigo blue and turkish red - a palette gradually extended by yellow, black, light green and violet.

Canvas stripes and checks remain all time favourite and keep coming back to fashion in various materials and designs. Therefore, the company present primarily modern patterns and colour combinations now. Obviously it is important what is the function and purpose of the textile and what space it is to be used in. That is why the offer includes also products of basic clear colours.

The company use canvas to create a variety of soft interior furnishings including tableclothes, curtains, cushions and bedding.
