The company is based in Northern Bohemia, in a region which is renowned for its production of glass and glass products. The company was established by Mr.& Mrs. Havradas in 2004 when they took over the company Luboš Havrda, a well established glass bead manufacturer. The company is now one of the only large producers of polished beads in the market and has recently added machine-polished beads to its production.
