J 4 was established in 1994 and deals with the development and production of cyclothermic tunnel band baking ovens and with delivering complete baking and bakery lines and bakeries. The ovens are not only designed for baking rye, rye-wheat or wheat bread, but also various types of bread and pastries, fancy breads, pies, stuffed cakes, cookies, gingerbread, sponge cake biscuits, salted sticks and numerous other baked products.

During the short time of its existence, the company has become a lead player on European markets, and markets in the Middle East and Far East. The company supplies baking equipment to Belarus, Brazil, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Egypt, England, France, Germany, Hungary, Kuwait, Moldavia, Mongolia, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden and the Ukraine.

Today, ovens produced with components from renowned companies also work like automatic lines with just supervision. An absolute novelty is the “PRO FUTURO” series with a four-year warranty period. The technology of baking is fully automated, controlled by special software for up to 48 recipes. You can also select ovens equipped with "STIR" technology and highly effective equipment for generating steam  BVP and equipment for using waste heat. With this, we achieve minimum power consumption, and investment and operating costs per ton of baked goods.

Baking ovens

Modular unit solution of PPP xxx type tunnel baking band ovens fulfil the various requirements of skill as well as industrial bakery, pastry or confectionery production, including high capacity production factories and middle size or small bakeries for bakery products, white pastries, sponge cake biscuits, cookies, biscuits, gingerbread, pizza, rusks, sticks and confectionary pre-processed goods.

PPP xxx ovens with various types of bands from widths of 0.6 m to 4 m work continuously with all types of liquid and gas fuels and electricity with a high level of heat effectiveness and they are the basis for organising production with a low share of human labour. All of the stated oven widths can also be equipped withlines for forming and proofing bread and white pastries, which guarantees savings of at least several workers in comparison with batch ovens. The ovens are especially suitable for bakeries with a daily production of 5.000-70.000 pc of pastries and from 300-4.500 pc of bread and possibly more.

A well selected oven, either single-deck or double-deck, saves labour and enables baking to take place either directly on the band or on a trays or in forms, including short pastry and confectionary goods. All of this offered in very high and constant quality.

The ovens can be configured any way you like with consideration to the required baking technology and primarily – with regards to cyclothermic ovens, the position of the tower, respectively towers, with which the required temperature curves can be reached in the oven keeping in mind the baked products which will be baked in the given oven.

J4 ovens can be equipped with a monitoring device with computer output which monitors the adherence to technological parameters of baked products. The advanced technological level enables the equipment to be connected for automatic settings and for adjusting the oven operations in conjunction with the proofer and other equipments.

The ovens are generally equipped with Weishaupt burners, Lenze frequency converters, halogen lighting with transparent windows made from thick splinter-proof safety glass, stainless steel side jacketing and upper trafficable aluminium covering. The control and regulation elements are supplied according to the client’s wishes. The oven is equipped with a stepless baking time adjustment, helical bevel gearbox with a frequency converter for driving the oven bands and main circulation fan, underpressure heating system with indirect heating with the option to set baking curves, with the help of manually controlled or automatic computer controlled servo-drive heat dampers, digital thermometers and a whole scale of improvements which enable perfect baking in a very economical regime while maintaining constant product quality.

PPP oven advantages are primarily:

We also solve the issues of waste heat.  Its thoroughly thought out use enables bakery operations to be streamlined further. The operating life of this type of oven reaches twenty years or more, including several minor repairs. Therefore, it is generally a very effective investment. What is very important is that we are also able to install our ovens into relatively small building layouts, from ten metres in length and three metres in width. Everything depends on the required production capacity, assortment and positioning of the oven. Our experts will suggest the optimum solution just for you.

 

Production lines

J4 s.r.o. not only deals with the production of band baking tunnel ovens, but also with the supply of complete, custom made production technological units not just for bakeries, pastries or confectionary businesses, but also for businesses focussed on the production of pet biscuits and also for all such businesses where tunnel baking band ovens are suitable equipment for baking, drying or other similar product processing. These complete supplies are realised in cooperation with both Czech and foreign producers and suppliers of bakery, pastry and confectionery equipment.

Such complete production lines or, parts of them are suitable for semi and fully automated industrial large capacity production factories and mid-sized ones. You have the option to control the entire production process via a computer, which can manage up to 48 various recipes together with special software. Such configured lines are also regarded as unmanned lines, simply operated under supervision, which significantly minimises the demand on the number of employees needed to be present during the process of production of such an equipped line. The level of advanced technology enables the equipment to be connected for automatic settings and adjustment of both individual production processes, and their mutual interoperation as a single, complete production unit. Our production lines can also be equipped with a monitoring device with output on a computer, which monitors adherence to the technological parameters of baking products and its possible record for further control or evaluation.

As the latest news, we also offer these lines in PRO.FUTURO variant, which not only enables the use of the latest technological novelties in combination with the highest quality components, but it also includes a four-year warranty on the entire facility.

Production lines can be delivered complete – from flour silos, through dough preparation, dividers, forming, proofing, baking, or even cooling or slicing through to packaging and stacking on pallets, or also as individual completely functioning technological components in cases of investments into the replacement of older production technology for new technology, while saving some of the original equipment which will continue to operate satisfactorily in combination with the installation of new technological modules. Furthermore, it is also possible to supply these individual technological modules in the event of spreading out investments over a longer-term horizon where the existing, unsatisfactory production technology will be gradually automated and replaced by new technology in various phases of time. Grain dryers

Another product series of J4 s.r.o. is grain dryers. At present, the company produces the type NS 8000, which is designed for hygienically defect-free drying of products entering the foodstuff market. The NS 8000 dryer capacity is 12.8 m3 and the three-layered jacketed body is 6, 8, 10 and 12 m long.
