JaS SCHUBERT was started by Mr. Jaromír Schubert in 1990. Initially the company manufactured metal, cast and strass costume jewellery. From 1996 to 1997 the company initiated its wholesale division with artistic relief glass, and introduced edged crystal into its product line. JaS SCHUBERT has since expanded into the foreign markets, particularly to the USA and Japan. A chain of retail outlets was also developed, including locations in Jablonec nad Nisou and Liberec.
