The textile company VEBA ranks among the biggest Czech cotton textile manufacturers, employing 1,370 workers and relying on their high qualification and expertise. VEBA enterprise combines the long tradition of textile manufacture with dedication to quality and fulfils even highly specific customers’ requirements and needs. As the first textile manufacturer in the Czech Republic, it was awarded, as early as 1995, The Quality Control System Certificate under the standard EN ISO 9001:2000, and in 1999 it achieved the successful certification of its Management Environmental System under the standard EN ISO 14000.
VEBA’s main production and business orientation is the jacquard production of home textile goods and clothing assortment, particularly terry goods of all kinds, table and bed linen, jacquard shirting and African cotton brocades. Top-quality damasks from pure cotton, but also in blends (cotton/linen, cotton/viscose and also cotton/polyester), are the backbone of the production and export programme of VEBA, which exports 80 % of the total production to many European countries as well as to America and Africa. The biggest markets of VEBA are Germany, the United States of America, Scandinavia, England and the West African markets.

Company VEBA with its long-standing tradition produces damask bed- and table-linen both in yardage as well as ready-made products, terry programmes, jacquard shirting and cotton brocades.
The company can also offer special finishes on demand of the customer, such as easy care for bed-linen, stain resistant and water repellent for table-linen or antimicrobial finishes for terry goods.
Part of the production line of company VEBA is an offer for hotels, restaurants, laundries and other institutions, requiring high quality, resistant and colourfast materials. Thanks to its production capacities and ability of quick reactions, Veba is partner to many advertising agencies, sport clubs, etc. Luxury packed terry towel sets or robes supplemented with a company logo are popular representative gift items for employees as well as for important business partners.
