History

Since 1990 we have experience in bio waste treatment in Karviná county (public green maintainance). We have developed several machines and spare parts during 90´s. In 1997 we have represented Czech Republic in Hannover AGROTECH international exposition (covered by the Ministry of Trade).

Presence

Today, we´re going to duplicate production of KS 1.2, we would like to satiate increasing inquiry for this machine.

We are also experienced in bio waste tretment using new machine and new technological processes, which correspond with EU directives.

Product, Service :

We are engaged in global bio waste processing, especially bio wastes from public green maintenance (cutting the grass, leaves colledting, cutting trees and bushes, biohumus production).

New technology of bio waste processing comes out from EU directives, especially 1991/31/EEN on the Landfilling of Wastes & on the Environmental wastes.

We are offering you our system which is timeless, innovative, effective and non expensive.
Our technology is very gentle to the soil, air, but also to groundwater. It works with low operating costs.

By contrast to the classical way of composting (opened composting figures) there are no smells and waste gases.

The whole composting process is monitored and the human operator is able to govern the process by check valves (humidity, temperature, aeration, biological agents). During this process are all relevant data collected and analyzed to optimize the process. This system allows you to make up to 5 composting cycles per year.
