ESB is capable of providing the customer with customer-specific design, to meet his specific needs (parameters), starting from the engineering design, manufacture of the equipment, assembly, handover-takeover of the system, and the warranty and post-warranty service. The company is able to deliver the comprehensive system of sludge management, with machinery-based sludge thickening and dewatering, used in municipal, industrial and agricultural waste water treatment plants and drinking water processing plants.
Product, Service :
The sludge management systems are offered in the following design options:
· Stationary equipment
The existing equipment for machinery-based sludge thickening and dewatering is installed into the existing buildings of the WWTP, or into new buildings.
· Equipment installed in containers
This machinery equipment for sludge thickening and dewatering is installed in typified and temperature insulated containers. One of the benefits of such an arrangement is the possibility of handling the whole processing line, and cost savings which normally would have to be spent on the erection of a new building. The container is of self-supporting design, with sandwich-type cladding and insulated floor. Handling of equipment during the servicing works is done using a hoist with a trolley.
· Mobile equipment
The equipment for sludge thickening and dewatering is mounted on semi-trailers, trailers and van trucks with thermal insulation. The advantage of such an arrangement is the possibility of using one system for more WWTPs and thus the reduction of investment costs. The thermal insulation of walls and the floor consists of sandwich-type of structure, with polystyrene insulation layers, which makes the system possible to utilize it also during winter periods. In order to facilitate the handling of dewatered sludge the mobile system is equipped with a tipping worm-based conveyer.
· Chemical management – flocculation station
· Worm-type transport systems to handle the dewatered sludge
· Components for the hygienization of dewatered sludge
· Switchboards for automatic control of the machinery for thickening and dewatering of sludge
