Foundry – Kutna Hora
The foundry in Kutná Hora delivers steel and ductile iron castings in weights of 5 kg to 12 000 kg and sorted heat treated blasting shot to Czech and foreign customers.
Foundry – Ceske Budejovice
The foundry in České Budějovice delivers steel and ductile iron casting in weights from 15 kg to 12 000 kg. Production of the carbon steel castings, low and medium alloyed steel and ductile iron castings, including heat treated materials and materials with the warranted mechanical properties to -60°C. The castings can be supplied shot blasted, primed, non-machined (as cast), rough machined, final machined, heat treated
Foundry – Chrudim
The foundry in Chrudim produces ductile iron castings in weights from 1,5 kg to 1000 kg. The lot production, the small production and the piece production of the ductile iron castings including heat treated materials. The castings can be supplied shot blasted, primed, non-machined (as cast), rough machined, final machined, heat treated.
Machining – Kutna Hora
The engineering shop in Kutná Hora delivers complete bogies and machined welded parts of bogies and other parts of wheeled vehicles and building machines.

The machining shop in Chrudim ensures the final machining of welded components and of castings.

Tool Shop
The tool shop manufactures welding fixtures, machining jigs, positioners, press tools and special production tools. The tools are produced either according to the documentation supplied by the customer or according to our own design.
The design and the making out of the documentation of the machine equipment for the production activities in the machine tool industry, welding and machining jigs, the equipment according to the customers‘ requirements, projects of the workplaces, the replotting of the existing drawing documentation
QUALITY
ČKD Kutná Hora, a. s. makes a considerable effort to ensure the excellent quality of its products. In July, 1996 the company was awarded a certificate of the quality according to the ISO 9002 standard by Bureau Veritas Quality International. The renewal audit of quality system of whole company to process model of quality ensured in accordance with new standard ISO 9001:2000 performed by BVQI was successfully passed in September 2002.
