Company profile :
The LAKUM-KTL company was established in 1998 in Frýdlant nad Ostavicí (near the Ostrava town in the Czech Republic). The company destination is to produce metal products from steel sheets by stamping, punching, bending, welding, riveting. The second company division provides surface treatments – painting. The third company division is for assembly of company products.
We produce fluorescent lights, metal furniture parts and kitchen fume chambers, special containers, billboards, movable tables, heating boiler bodies, car´s products – components of light´s atc. We are able to produce products according to customer requests including their surface treatments and final assembly.
We provide surface treatments of metal parts for a long list of customers by our painting technologies. In LAKUM-KTL company following technologies for painting are:
1) Continuous cathophoretic paint line – black colour (130 x 40 x 180 cm – max. product dimension)
2) Continuous paint line for water basic paints (80 x 80 x 180 cm – max. product dimension)
3) Continuous powder paint line (80 x 100 x 200 cm – max. product dimension)
4) We build electrogalvanizing line including of blue and yellow chromate (we are going to use Cr3+). We assure electrogalvanizing in co-operation now.
Standards and quality assurances:
The LAKUM - KTL company is possessor of EN ISO 9001/2001 certificate. We are going to get ISO TS 16 949 certificate in 2004 .
