ORTMANN Ltd. (http://www.ortmann.cz) was established in 2001 in Decin, Czech Republic on the Czech-German borders. Development of the company has been aimed at high productivity and quality of the products since the very beginning. The company operates 15 casting automatic machines, weight of cast pieces varies from 0.5 to 2000 grams and monthly production of castings reached 110 tons.
The company offers different surfaces and finishes: mechanical ones - polishing and sanding or galvanic ones - zinc coat, chromate surface coating, brass plating, nickel coating and chrome plating and -last but not least- also lacquering. Since July 2002 the company is ISO 9001:2000 certified.

By means of pressure die casting the company processes a zinc alloys of mainly ZP0410 type according to ES 12844 into parts for window, door and furniture fittings, products for automobile industry, electronics, communication systems, appliances for household and engineering.
