Strojirny Rozmital is a traditional Czech company, which was established in the year 1913. The factory was originally created principally for the production of electric motors, air-delivery systems and steel furniture.
Since 1946, agricultural machines have been the main items of production. Large expansion of the agricultural machinery production took place thirty years ago, when Strojirny Rozmital bought the license for the rocker arm camshaft mechanism from the German company Stoll.
Since then, Strojirny Rozmital has been leading producer of tedders and delivery rakes in the former Czechoslovakian market in terms of agricultural machinery.

Cutting
- Oxy-acetylene cutting up to 50mm thick, maximum dimension of steel sheets is 1200 x 2000 mm
- Plasma cutting up to the 15 mm thick, maximum dimensions 1500 x 3000 mm
- Cutting with band saws and circular saws up to 300 mm diameter
- Sheet metal cutting up to 10 mm thickness and 2000 mm maximum length
- Guilotine press for steel sheets, 63 tonnes pressure
Stamping
- Total number of 12 stamping presses of 40 to 4000 tonnes pressure. Hot stamping is also possible.
Fitting Works
- Centering of steel profiles –up to 50 x 50 mm intersection Rolling of metal sheets up to 1,6 mm thickness and 1 500 mm length Bending of steel pipes up to 108 x 4 mm dimension with an XOT 110 machine Brake pressing with a PMM-36-200 machine of maximum 200 mm pressure power, maximum length 3 500 mm
Welding
- Welded pieces 10 m maximum length, SWL of cranes 3,5 tonnes Welding with CO2, following the MAG method TIG (WIG) welding Oxy acetylene welding Arc welding with the welding press machines WLP 120-1,4, maximum current of 40 000 A Brazing in a special oven with continuous transport of the pieces through a protective nitrogen-oxygen shield; maximum throughput of the brazed material is 220 kilograms / hour. Internal dimensions of the oven 1000 x 200 mm.
Machining
- Drilling up to 60 mm diameter Turning on standard lathes up to 600 mm diameter and 2000 mm length Milling on standard milling machines with maximum table size 450 x 2000 mm Machining on horizontal boring machines up to 90 mm spindle diameter; parameters of the table: 1000 x 1120 mm; maximum weight of the piece: 3000 kg Forming on a horizontal broaching machine Drilling shafts on a FZVDW 160 x 900 up to 160 mm diameter and 900 mm length Machining on automatic lathes AB 80 – maximum permissible spindle diameter: 80 mm.
Gearing
- Machining of intermediate gears with single helix gearing -on a ZFTK machine; maximum wheel diameter: 500 mm Machining of frontal helix gearing (horizontal or angled) on an FO 6 machine; maximum diameter 600 mm, maximum length 600 mm.
CNC Machines
