Czech company KAVOS is engaged in contract work for foreign clients mainly from Germany and other European Union countries. The Company provides hand assemblies and packing of various products in clean room certificated to type C/10 000.
Product, Service :
1) Assemblies in Clean Room Labor Certificated Type C/10000
The company operates three shifts in the clean room that is certificated, together with our foreign partners` activities, under ISO 9002/46002. We currently make two main products:
a) Disposable covers for arthroscopy cameras produced under a German license
b) Operation sets, assembled in response to demand, e.g. single-use operation cover, jacket, injection, catheter and so on, personalized according to final customer demand.
2) Assembling and packing contract work
The Company currently assembles and packs simple products of different kinds like toys, mobile phones, CDs, promotion booklets and catalogues and provide related services including mailing, distribution and assembly of addressed letters, selection according to post codes, packing and forwarding (e.g. by the German Post Office).

Growth aims of KAVOS:
To construct a clean room type C/10000 or D/100000 measuring 800 m2 that can accommodate 40 workers per shift and to extend our storage space and production area to 10,000 m2.
