RayService company s.r.o. was founded in 1994 by people having experience in aircraft production and immediately started to develop manufacturing of cable harnesses using technology of heat-shrinkable materials. The company resolutely wins recognition in the market segment which is distinctive with elements of single-part and small-lot production.
RayService is currently a stable company which, in the production area, offers complete solutions of cable harnesses for military and industrial facilities from the phase of analysis or functional pattern to the phase of serial production, maintenance and possible repairs.
In the commercial area RayService ensures deliveries of wiring, harnessing and protection products from TYCO Electronics-RAYCHEM and other manufacturers, as well as deliveries of connectors in accordance with MIL or industrial specifications.

RayService is equipped with technological equipment for single-part and serial production of cable harnesses: cutting and stripping machines, equipment for printing and marking wires and cables, manual and machine crimping equipment, tooling for processing the wide range of connectors, equipment for heat treatment of shrinkable materials, cabling tester with testing voltage up to 1500 Vdc, tester of crimped connections and some others.
