SKODA TVC s.r.o. (“TVC” abbreviates in Czech in the meaning of Technological Manufacturing Centre) has been founded in 2000 by joining the group of SKODA companies. The company currently employs 140 people.
The main activities of the company are focused on the job-order manufacture, ensuring of complete services at deliveries of machinery components and products according to the requirements and drawing documentation of the customer. Skoda TVC manufactures rather smaller parts as shafts, flanges, pins, connection parts etc. We are able to provide their assembly into sectional units as well, in some cases we make assemblies of complete machines incl. control system, hydraulics and the like.
Product, Service :
The high precise parts manufactured in ŠKODA TVC are used in the following branches:
· Medical appliances
· Transport means (locomotives, trams, metro wagons etc.)
· Nuclear and energy machinery
· Automobile industry
· Machine tools
Though SKODA TVC is not the producer of final products for the medical purposes, this company is in a close contact with the foremost Czech manufacturers of medical appliances. Nowadays it supplies the test sets for the X-ray apparatus – final supplier of Czech origin.
Further SKODA TVC has started dealing with the Czech producer of the electron microscopes, for which it should supply the vacuum chambers with dimensions around 400 x 400 x 400 mm. At these components it is accentuated namely the high accuracy, surface roughness and high purity.
SKODA TVC has been certified according to the quality management standard EN ISO 9001 : 2000.
