PCB Assembly
· Component installation on rigid as well as flexible printed circuit boards(one or both sides)
· Solder paste and glue can be spread with syringe or stencil
· Surface mount component installation with pick&place equipment Mydata TP9 and Samsung CP 45 FV. Processed packages from 0201, 0402, microMELF and SOP, then PLCC, QFP, BGA up to QFP 304, TQFP 144 or µBGA (CSP).
· Installation of connectors, cables, jumping wires, pins etc. On PCB´s and FPC´s.
· Installation of leaded(axial and radial) components, leads are formed on semiautomatic machines
· Fitting the printed cicuits with mechanical components(pannels, columns, coolers, shielding, etc) by screwing, riveting soldering or other methods specified by customer
SMD placement
CP45F (Full Vision Mounter) Advanced Flying Vision Centering architecture concept ensures high quality and high speed placement CP45F architecture places CSPs with the same sequence as chips. This concept allows placing CSPs faster than the former centering one.
CP45FV Six Head Six Vision system architecture utilizes vision camera for each individual head for component recognition. This comcept will allow component recognition during pick up and placement without moving to the 3rd position for component recognition. This time saving using the Flying Vision Concept, enables CP45FV to pick up, recognize and place a component at 0.188 sec/chip.
Soldering Process
To reach high quality soldering we use a soldering wave(ERSA) and remelting ovens(SEHO) with a lot of features and modes.
Besides that, we can also offer engineering support during development stage.
The TS16949 certification is one of the quality targets, main areas of TS16949 were implemented to our current certification ISO 9001.

DSP – collecting data system – the main function of
this system are:
- Monitoring of operating conditions of exchanges or objects
- Square data collecting of exchanges and objects
- Central inspection of actual conditions of exchanges
- Record keeping of history of all facilities or objects
