STEEL GRATES PRESSED – P GRATES

The floor grates consist of supporting, distance and bordering bars, or of bordering profiles that form undetachable assembly. The distance (transverse) bars are pressed into the supporting bars provided with conical grooves.

Supporting bar: a grate member transmitting the load

Distance bar: a grate member ensuring mutual position and stability
of supporting bars

Bordering bar: a grate member framing its edge

Supporting width: width of the grate part embedded on the supporting structure

Grate length: grate dimension normal to the supporting width – length of distance bars (L dimension)

STEEL GRATES WELDED – SP GRATES

DESIGN
The floor SP grates consist of supporting, distance and bordering bars, or of bordering profiles that form undetachable assembly. The supporting bars are pressed to the distance bars and welded to them using resistance welding process. A twisted square is used as the distance bar. All points, in which the supporting and transverse bars contact, are firmly welded and thus the high rigidity of the grate is achieved.

STAIRS

The stairs are designed to be screwed or site-welded to the staircase supporting structure. The stepping sides of the stairs are fitted with the non-skid stepping edges and the stair sides are provided with holes of standardised dimensions for simply and quick mount into the structure.

NON-SKID FINISH:

The stairs are manufactured in below stated size series in accordance with customer’s specification. Tolerance: supporting width B + 0/–3 mm, length (stepping depth) L ± 4 mm. Dimensions, possible modifications, atypical shapes, sectors, kick plate fixation, etc., are realised according to the customer’s wishes or approved workshop documentation. Non-skid finish – to minimise possible skidding, the grates can be provided with a non-skid finish, i.e. with pricking of transverse or even supporting bars.
