Purpose and staff workers the SYTEC is designated for:
- primarily for road maintenance and cleaning
- for every and each intervention against spillages and leaks of any liquids
- for liquidation of consequences to any leaks and spillages of liquids with non-removable sliding effect (e.g. contamination with silicone oil).
What is used to absorb liquids:
1. high porosity SYTEC for a rapid absorption of liquids in a large volume
2. micro-cavities of elementary particles; these are involved, together with the absorbed liquid, in neutralization of the electric surface potential by conducting the charge onto the internal interface and holding liquids inside particles. The applied absorbent remains „dry“ on its surface
3. combination of variously sized particles, where small particles are capable to suck the fluid (liquid) out of surface pores
4. wrapping capability of small particles onto larger particles during the absorption and cleansing procedures
5. hardness of Sytec particles that entrap and secure a liquid inside them also at a high mechanic load
6. chemical inertness (except for the hydrofluoric acid), intervention-ability at the leak or spillage of at-random liquid, absolute harmless in respect to the physical environment
7. flame resistance, which property together with chemical inertness is of a crucial importance in assuring the secure intervention for fire-fighters, the product is not inflammable being used in a large amount altogether with the absorbed inflammable liquid
8. surface polysaccharide layer of basic particles for a minimal surface abrasive wear.
How does the SYTEC work:
Fine-grain fractions rapidly suck and take over the liquid to more spacious grains clustering onto them, whereas the surface of Sytec particles remains „dry“ due to their unique structure. Fine particles that penetrate into the surface porosity will assure a perfect purification. During the application, larger particles form a „transit airway“ for smaller particles, by which way a minimal scattering of these smaller particles outside the given area is assured.
Sytec can be used:
- for a rapid liquidation of a voluminous spillage of liquids with the surface additional tertiary
treatment
- for the removal of every liquid spilled, except for the hydrofluoric acid
- for cleaning-up any existing spots – liquid leaks and spillages to be sucked out of the surface porosities
- for creating the secure non-slip and non-skid surface – when in spillage of liquids with otherwise non-removable sliding effect (silicone oil, ….) or as the basic tool for spreading on the surface
- for liquidation of hydrophobic effects due to transferring the repulsive electrostatic forces onto the internal „hollow“ interface of elementary particles
- for treating both varnished surfaces and those vulnerable to any mechanic damage
