The company, Lignamon CZ s.r.o., specialises in production of a “cultivated wood”, called lignamon, using a unique technology. Lignamon is a commercial name for a wood material ameliorated by gaseous ammonia, condensed by pressing and stabilized at high temperatures.
By this process, a cultivated wood material gains not only a specific darker delineation of annual rings, but also improved physical and mechanic attributes such as hardness and stability. Lignamon is a product, which fully replaces exotic hardwood at lower costs.
