AQUATEST provides consulting services and technological solutions related to:
- TV and Monitor Screens Recycling
Television and monitor screens are considered hazardous waste due to the content of luminofor, applied in the inner side of the screen. AQUATEST developed a patented method, which is based on the principle of mechanical separation of the screen into two parts, the shade and the cone. By removing the hazardous luminofor, the screen is no longer considered as hazardous waste can be further processed. - Waste Modification and Reprocessing of Industrial and Municipal Waste
Reprocessing of communal waste and waste of chemical and electronics industries. Documentation for waste recycling technologies and for delivery of complete technological units for waste disposal and recycling. - Electronic Waste and Home Appliances
An example of this type of waste is the control and regulation of industrial systems, computers, classic and mobile telephones, TV sets, radios, tape recorders and other household equipment (washing machines, washers, microwaves). Performance is divided into two phases: manual dismounting and technological processing. The final products are precious metals and non-ferrous metals. In this way 75% of the material can be recycled. - Screen recycling
Television and monitor screens are considered hazardous waste due to the content of luminofor, applied in the inner side of the screen. AQUATEST developed a patented method, which is based on the principle of mechanical separation of the screen into two parts, the shade and the cone. The shade paste and cone paste both have a different chemical composition. By removing the hazardous items - luminofor, the screen is no longer considered as hazardous waste and the paste can be further processed. - Recycling and Reuse of Tires and Rubber
The goal of recycling is material recovery for industrial production. The procedure is based on collection, classification and preliminary treatment (cleaning, separation to smaller pieces, extracting of calcanean cables from tires), grinding, milling, iron and textile fiber separation, sorting (granulate production), production of intermediates and other utility products for construction and water management and remedial purposes.
