In the 15 years that it has operated a regular flight between Prague and Seoul, airline Korean Air has transported more than 1.3m passengers travelling in both directions. This was stated by the chairman of the board of directors of Airport Prague, Václav Řehoř, who added that more than 5,600 take-offs and landings of the transporter’s aircraft took place in Prague. During the winter season Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft with a capacity of 269 seats are operated on the route while in summer Boeing 747-8i aircraft with a capacity of 368 seats are used. Korean is one of a few airlines to also offer first class from Prague.
