The Czech National Bank has approved the amendment to the Solek Group prospectus for investors. They can invest in the company’s bonds with a yield of 6.2 % p.a. starting with sums of CZK 50,000. This was reported by Solek Group, according to which the issued volume can reach up to CZK 1bn. The company is currently preparing an investment in Chile into a photovoltaic power plant project with an installed output of up to 250 MW. Solek Group prepared the amendment to the prospectus in part due to the recent acquisition of a 100% stake in company PV Power, which has to date built 20 power plants in four countries including Chile. Solek Group signed the largest agreement to date in Chile in 2018 with company CarbonFree Chile. It pertains to the development and construction of a portfolio of photovoltaic power plants ranging in size from 3 to 9 MW. Preparatory works are currently underway and most of the portfolio will be built in 2019-2020.
