Business Visits
This service represents a follow-up of the Supplier Search and CIPAS and it is rendered free of charge. If you found suitable partners in the list of prospective suppliers that had been sent to you by the CzechTrade specialists, CzechTrade will assist you with organisation of negotiations in offices of the selected companies or on the premises of the CzechTrade Head Office, Prague.
What to do?
- Send your CzechTrade specialist a list of selected partners, specifications of the required venue and the anticipated date.
- CzechTrade shall contact the selected companies and prepare an itinerary of your visit in the Czech Republic.
- Should you be interested, the CzechTrade specialist may participate at the respective negotiations.
CzechTrade may assist you with organisation of the whole business journey, i.e. including accommodation, transportation, visits to tourist attractions and cultural sights, etc. However, the party concerned pays for the ensuing services.
