The company CZ PLAST hereby offers to you a co-operation in desing of plastic part to be rotomolded, manufacture of tool and following deliveries of ready made ROTOMOLDED products.
Rotomolding is a modern technology of plastic products manufacture, which uses the powder of the raw material and processes it by use of gravity, heat, tool shape and slow rotation around two axes into product, which is hollow, free of internal stresses and seams, it is of new regular internal structure and shape memory.
CZ PLAST company has been incorporated in spring 1997 as private company with pure Czech capital.
CZ PLAST has been ISO 9001:2001 certified in 2003, this certification has been renewed in 2004 and 2005.

Examples of products
CZ PLAST can deliver products from PE, X-PE, PP, PA up to maximum dimensions of 2m diameter x 3m length, including tools.
Various types of tanksare the standard products, but this technology enables also to make flat products by additional mechanical processing of rotomolded semi products.
Fuel tanks
Each and every fuel tank has its own unique number, which enable backtracking of its entire history of manufacture, delivery and use. Each tank made in CZ PLAST passes a leak test.

CZ PLAST manufactures various types of tanks for water, water emulsions, brine, hydraulic oil and header tanks of volumes from 1 to 1700 liters.

Technical products
Rotomolding is an advantageous technology for low- and middle-series products fulfilling the requirements for long-term maintenance-free life while retaining the plastic product manufacture qualities (mainly LLDPE).
Other products
Mainly products, which are not demanding from the technical point of view, but which fulfill their function perfectly namely due to rotomolding technology of their origin.

Product, Service :
Tools
The tools are designed with a priority aim to ensure long-term of quality rotomolded products and also to make their maintenance easy, handling with them simple and to reduce risk of damage.
Tools are made from aluminum castings, they are milled from aluminum blocs or they are welded from steel sheets.
The surface of the tools is processed according to the requirement of the customer – high-polished, shot-peen, sand-blasted, left as is or PTFE coated.
The tools are made from drawings of the final products, 3D files or based on a model in 1:1 scale.
Styrene models milled from 3D files are used to check the dimensions of the future products.
Repairs and maintenance of the surface of the tools in use are the natural part of the CZ PLAST services.
About half of the tools used for production in CZ PLAST are of CZ PLAST origin.
