FORTELL provides complete services in the branch of injected thermoplastics. Besides the actual injecting, an advantage is high-quality manufacture of injection moulds in the company`s own tool room. This makes it possible to adapt moulds and deliver plastic components on schedule.
The second activity is delivery of stamping parts incl. production of stamping tools for metal forming. Fortell is able to produce them on eccentric and automatic presses and to deliver them incl. surface treatment.
The production is mainly focused on automotive industry, consumer goods and medical industry. The production is exported to many countries such as Germany, Netherlands, Finland, Sweden, Austria, France, Switzerland or Hungary.

Moulds and tools production
Fortell will produce injection moulds for plastics, zinc, and aluminium for you. The company can design and manufacture tools for metal forming – progressive tools, combined tools, block tools, and bending tools. Using these moulds or tools, they will produce for you moulding parts of various types of plastics and metal parts of steel, copper, aluminium, and brass.

The injection moulding department has been equipped with the latest injection moulding machines since its foundation in 2003. Fortell plastic parts find broad application in the electronic, automotive, or consumer industry.
The company uses injection moulding machines of varying closing forces made by the renowned companies Arburg and Battenfeld.
Material processed
Common technical plastics (PP, PE, PS, SAN, ABS, PMMA, POM, PA, PETP, PBTP, PUR, PEI, PC+ABS, TPE) and many others, according to your specific requirements.
