The Czech Republic is one of the Europe’s top five countries with the best location for industrial/logistics facilities

Date : 18.08.2008According to the European Distribution Report 2008, produced biennially by global real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield, three out of Europe’s top five markets with the best location for industrial/logistics facilities are in Central and Eastern Europe. This report ranks 25 countries based on rent, labour costs, congestion, size of freight markets by type, proximity to key markets and population densities. On the top position in this year’s ranking is Belgium, followed by the Netherlands, Hungary, the Czech Republic and Poland in the fifth place.
