Company profile :

The company CIDEM Hranice, a.s. (joint stock company), division CETRIS® belongs to the important producers of high quality boards in Europe.

The erection of a plant for production of cementbonded particleboard in the Czech Republic has been started in the year 1987. The plant - with most modern technological equipment of this type in Europe - has been put into operation in the year 1991.

CIDEM Hranice, a.s. products are manufactured according to EN ISO 9001:2000 standard.

Product, Service :

The cement-bonded particleboards CETRIS® are high quality boards of extraordinary properties designed for flooring, attic rooms, superstructures on the roof, vented facades, fire fighting measures, lower ceilings, wall and partition walls, garden accessories.

CETRIS® cement bonded particleboard can be found in all kind of prefabricated constructions. It is ideally situated for the dry buildings technologies, projects built in adverse climatic conditions and other applications, where all of the unique positive properties of this material can fully develope.

The CETRIS® boards are are produced by pressing a mixture of wooden particles, portland cement and hydration additives. The surface is smooth, the color is cement-like-grey.

Advantages:

The cement-bonded particleboards of type CETRIS® combine the advantageous properties of cement and wood. They are lighter as the traditional cement-bonded particleboards, their strength and resistance against weather influence, frost and moulds rate them before the cement-bonded chipboards and before plasterboards.

The major advantage of CETRIS® board is the fact that it can be machined by all usual wood processing tools. For industrial machining of a CETRIS® board carbide tipped cutting tools should be used only. The CETRIS® board can be cut (sawn), bored, milled or ground.

The CETRIS systems:

Floor system: The cement-bonded particleboards of type CETRIS® are successfully applied as floor boards at redevelopment of old wooden floors as bearing layer, put on consoles or also in the light floating floor system.
Facade system: The functional and elegant ventilated facade from CETRIS® boards fulfils the requirements to high quality, esthetic, functionality and lifetime. The ventilated facade system can be completed with thermal insulation.
