The manufacture of rubber and plastic products is one of the few manufacturing areas not to have been affected in recent years by changes in the economy, either domestic or global. The sector`s importance continues to rise due to the wide range of applications of plastic products and its share in manufacturing industry industry indicators is growing. Semi-finished products are supplied to all segments of industry, mainly production of motor vehicles, electric machinery, the construction industry, agriculture and the food industry and for direct consumption of households.
