Products made by rotomolding technology are seamless, free of internal stresses, with shape memory and with thicker and stronger edges..
The structure of material is uniform and regular, the raw material is not forced into the final shape of product during manufacturing process, but the raw material copies the tool shape itself under conditions of controlled heat, gravity force and slow rotation against two axes.

Fuel Tanks
Fuel tanks are the major production program of CZ PLAST.
The smaller representatives are fuel tanks for lawn tractors and grass cutters, further one store fuel in motorcycles, paragliding systems, ATV-vehicles, trikes, air compressors, agricultural tractors, road building machines and busses.
Each and every fuel tank has its own unique number, which enable backtracking of its entire history of manufacture, delivery and use. Each tank made in CZ PLAST passes a leak test.
CZ PLAST pays effort to deliver the tanks as much as complete. i.e. including cap, drain plug, outlet and return pipes, level sensor.

Rotomolding is an advantageous technology for low- and middle-series products fulfilling the requirements for long-term maintenance-free life while retaining the plastic product manufacture qualities (mainly LLDPE)
Air ducts of various shapes made from rigid as well as from soft PE, with set-in nuts or bolts, sockets for connection to technological equipment.
Outer body panels for construction machines – joining protective and aesthetic function.
Bumpers and fenders, possibly equipped with lights and cable harnesses according to the needs of the customer.
Rotomolding technology enables to manufacture complex shapes which are either hard or impossible to make by other technology.

This chapter covers those products, which are not demanding from the technical point of view, but which fulfill their function perfectly namely due to rotomolding technology of their origin.
The range is extremely wide and covers generally all branches where low- and middle-series plastic products are used.

Tools
CZ PLAST ensures manufacture of rotomolding tools.
The tools are designed with a priority aim to ensure long-term of quality rotomolded products and also to make their maintenance easy, handling with them simple and to reduce risk of damage.
Tools are made from aluminum castings, they are milled from aluminum blocs or they are welded from steel sheets.
The surface of the tools is processed according to the requirement of the customer – high-polished, shot-peen, sand-blasted, left as is or PTFE coated.
The tools are made from drawings of the final products, 3D files or based on a model in 1:1 scale.
Styrene models milled from 3D files are used to check the dimensions of the future products.
Repairs and maintenance of the surface of the tools in use are the natural part of the CZ PLAST services.
About half of the tools used for production in CZ PLAST are of CZ PLAST origin.
