Fremach Morava is a member of the international Fremach Group with headquarters in Belgium. It is one of the major European manufacturers of high added-value parts for automotive industry, consumer electronics, personal communication and industrial markets.

Fremach production is focused on plastic products with high value added, there surface finish, completion of subsystems and systems with plastic, metal and control-electronic parts’ combination.

Technology

Injection Moulding
The company is equipped with injection moulding machines ARBURG and SONRETTO with looking force between 30 and 100 tunes.
We are able to mould 1K and 2K products from ABS, PC, PA, PC/ABS, PMMA, POM.

Painting
- modern high-capacity automated painting line
- possibility of painting one-component and two-component colour on solvent basis with fine, structured or metallic surface
- paint products of different shapes and sizes (max. width 140 cm and height 15 cm) with the possibility of nozzle change according to the size of sprayed surface in dependence on space capacities of the paint shop (i.e. car radio panels, buttons, casings of mobile phones, plastic profiles)

The most suitable technology for painting of plastics of the following types of material: PA, PC, PC-ABS, ABS PMMA.

Tampo-printing
This is a technical process in which a flexible pad transfers the colour directly into the surface of an object. The company offers simultaneous printing of up to 4 different colours of any shade.

Laser engraving (marking)
For the application of laser engraving we use continuous lasers Nd: YAG made by the Rofin-Sinar company.

Assembly
We have assembly lines for assembly of individual parts (car radio panels with buttons) with the possibility of ultrasonic and heat welding.

Ultrasonic welding of plastic materials
For connecting plastic materials of semi-finished products or mouldings using vertical vibration of electrodes.
