AAA 400 - Automatic Amino Acid Analyser AAA 400 Automatic Amino Acid Analyser is used for determination of amino acids in protein and peptide hydrolysates, for the determination of free amino acids in physiological liquids and extracts as well. These characteristics determine AAA 400 for wide use in basic biochemical research of proteins, in research of human and animal nourishment, in medical diagnostics, in testing of drugs etc.

Spectrophotometric Detector LCD5000 UV - VIS detector with variable wavelength is designed particularly for liquid chromatography (HPLC). The scanning software of thedetector makes this instrument also suitable for differentuse in chemical and biological laboratories. The instrument sends the data through the serial line equipped with the RS485 or RS232 interface. By combining this detector with other modules of the LC5000 series and with a PC and software CHROMuLAN it is possible to assemble a complete automatic liquid chromatograph, which is capable of all functions including the operation control and data evaluation.
