Thermoforming
The R + S line is used for moulding.
PP, PES, PE, PP/GF thermoplastic materials can be moulded.
A decorative fabric can be moulded on the supporting material as follows :
- leatherette
- fabric
Options : manufacture of door trims, rear parcel shelves, ceiling panels, damping panels, boot trim
Supporting materials based on fibre fleece or flat boards are thermoformed and coated with decorative fabrics.
Their resulting mechanical and esthetic properties depend on the materials used.
According to particular needs, the products are resistant to abrasion, shampooing, extreme climatic conditions and further factors to be specified by the customer.
