Another part of company natural development in extending and improving our customer services is printing materials using flexographic printing technology. 1. NONWOVEN TEXTILES

Company delivers nonwoven textile:

in basic weights from 15 g/m² to 180 g/m²,
in a wide assortment of colours,
in standard widths of 1.6 and 3.2 m, or the material can be divided crosswise as specified
in standard windings of 100 m, 250, 500, and 1,000 m, or the material can be rewound to a specified length

Processes nonwoven textile

to various cut sizes of regular and irregular shapes
we use welding machines to produce various bags (including multichamber bags) or sleeves of various lengths
flexographic printing
if needed we elaborate a graphical design and implement the order completely

Applications:

Non-woven agrotextile

Black non-woven agrotextile - is made of 100 % polypropylene resistant to solar radiation as well as to attack by mildew, various types of micro organisms, fungi, and insects.
Black-perforated mulch type
Non-woven fabric tunnel - main usage - for growing peppers and tomatoes.
Mulch type, balck and white - This material is formed by connecting white and black nonwoven textile material, which does not fray, it is easy to shear or make required holes in it. Owing to its open structure the textile transmits both air and water. The textile, spread out with the black side to the soil has good mulching properties so it is used mainly in gardens for growing strawberries, lettuce, kohlrabi, cauliflower, and other stalk vegetables.

2. NETTINGS - ADAPTATIONS

Plastic netting is supplied according to the type, wound on rolls, in parcels, or in square measures.
Netting from rolls can be sheared to the required lengths.
The ends can be sealed using either longitudinal or spot weld.
Longitudinal weld is used for enclosing the thicker protective nettings for industry.
Both longitudinal and spot welds can be used to form bag wrappers from the more flexible extruded wrapping net..

Aplications

1. Garden nettings

Protective bird nets - The dark green nets are produced of easily recyclable PE, which is free of any detrimental environmental effects. The UV stabilisation allows the nets to be used over several consecutive years. The nets do not become loose in the joints, which prevents the meshes from expanding or shrinking.
Supportive garden nets - Practical high-strength nets used for growing all kinds of voluble vegetables, such as cucumbers, beans, peas, tomatoes, etc. The nets are equally suitable for growing voluble plants, such as clematis or ivy.
Protective grids for eaves - These leaf traps represent an efficient and easy-to-use solution wherever there is a need to effectively prevent impurities from falling into guttering and down pipes. They are manufactured of easily recyclable 100% polyethylene, which is free of detrimental environmental effects.
Stem fenders - self closing - Tubular self-closing plastic netting with unique helical shape used to protect broad-leaved trees from being nibbled and damaged by animals.
Protective tree grids
Snow fences - Snow barriers, also known as snow fences, consist of thick 100% HDPE netting specially designed and treated for use in severe winter conditions, such as those present not only in Central but also Northern Europe, where they have already been used with much success for many years.

2. Nets for industry

PACKING NETTING, KNITTED - Applications include the packing of various agricultural products (potatoes, onion, garlic), or various kinds of fruit (applies, pears, oranges, kiwi, mandarins, lemons, etc.)
PACKING NETTING,EXTRUDED - used for packing fruit, vegetables and various minor objects, as well as a score of nets for a range of industrial applications, including but not limited to the protection of machinery parts, cog-wheels, pinions, shafts, protective nets for the furniture industry, nets for the protection of bottles and profiles, etc. The packing nets are produced of easily recyclable polyethylene.
MEAT NETTING - Extruded netting made of polypropylene specially treated for use in the food industry.
PROTECTIVE PLASTIC NETTING - Protective plastic netting is used as protection against surface abrasion of components displaying a high-quality surface finish, such as ground shafts, chromium-plated parts, polished surfaces, cog wheels, etc. They provide reliable protection of the components during production, transport and storage.
DEMARCATING NET - A special type of steel fabric and security screen, developed to form safety barriers, mobile fences, construction fences, etc.

3. FLEXOPRINTING

a) BIO-BLOCK - The BIO-BLOK® element is used as a means of effective irrigation of municipal trees planted in the middle of the compacted areas.

b) WOVEN AGROTEXTILE - Special woven agricultural fabric made of 100 % UV-stabilised polypropylene bands, designed for use in agriculture, gardening, seed-plot management, growing fruit, vegetables, various plants, trees, in garden and park architecture, greenhouses, in surface re-soiling, etc.

Properties and Use: The material is characterised by its long durability, low stretch, excellent air and water trapping properties and resistance to attack by various types of mould, fungi or insect.
