The company ZLINER was established in 1994 as a private company specialising in repairs of buses and bus engines. Since then, ZLINER s. r. o. became major partner of Renault / Karosa servicing, customising and repairing raising number of buses.

Having extensive expertise in automotive industry, ZLINER s. r. o. has also started production of repair parts and working with foreign partners provides repairs, body building and production of precision parts.
The company currently employs 210 people, operates 10 000 m2 manufacturing hall, is fully equipped and ISO 9000:2001 certified.

Repair and Reconstruction of buses

After disassembly of the bus to parts the frame is reviewed and after an agreement with the customer it is repaired or replaced by new one (there is also a possibility of further reinforcing for some types). We guarantee up to 7 years for new and up to 5 years for repaired frames. In these days we mostly use a new frame which is treated by agent Corrosion Solution and at the end of the repair the whole body bottom (except the engine) is treated by agent Tlumexplast. New cooling pipes are installed into the bus chassis, other parts are used only if they are minimally used, the others are repaired or replaced with new ones.

Main parts (engine, gear-box, axletree and steering) are either repaired or stay in original condition according to the customer wish, the new parts are delivered, if needed.

Body frame (a sideboard and frame of a roof) is sanded, rusted parts are replaced. Roof repair is made according to its state, it is standard to change completely the metal sheets. Sideboards are always covered by new metal sheets. Hollow profiles are also protected by the agent Corrosion Solution.

Body surface is degreased and painted according to the requirements of customers and RAL standards.

Bus interior is completely renewed - waterproof plywood for the floor, floor covering, side and ceiling formicas and seating repair with first-class fire-resistant fabric and artificial leather, their design is chosen by the customer.

In terms of bus renovation we provide technical inspection and emission measurement.
As for all modifications you can choose special equipment and more luxury accessories.
The general repair takes approximately 2 months.
We can deliver buses with valid documentation and without trade-ins.

Product, Service :

CNG drive

ZLINER company offers rebuilding buses from diesel drive to CNG drive. We use the engine of type TEDOM M1.2C - ML 640 FNG, 210 KW, EURO 3. Operating range with full tank is approximately 400 km. Only genuine parts
from well known producers are used.
