Zubr Brewery. The modern history of the Zubr Brewery as we know it today started in 1872, when its cornerstone was laid. Beer, however, has been brewed in Přerov since time immemorial. The Zubr Brewery chooses quality regional ingredients for its beer and uses traditional classic technology in which the main fermentation takes place in open fermentation tanks and the beer then matures for a long time in the lager cellar.

The best-selling beer in our wide selection is the expert-renowned 11° four times hopped Zubr Grand lager. The selection is complemented by limited beer specials.
