Sales in retail trade adjusted for calendar effects increased by 4.2%, year-on-year; sales for sale of non-food goods increased by 5.9%, sales for sale of automotive fuel by 2.6% and sales for food by 2.0%.
Sales were increasing in all main assortment types of stores. The highest growth rate was reported for a long-term in retail sale via mail order houses or via Internet (+19.4%). In retail sale of information and communication equipment in specialised stores sales increased by 9.5%.
