Revenues of Brno, Czech Republic based travel company Kiwi.com continued to grow rapidly in 2018 to CZK 30.9 billion, up nearly 13 billion from 2017, David Petrovich announced during the Innovation In Aviation conference -According to Euro magazine’s web portal. Kiwi.com has not released 2018 profit report yet. Despite rising sales in previous years the company’s profits have been declining. In 2017 it was 78 million crowns. The company has made a number of strategic partnerships in recent months with the goal of expanding to new markets. The CEO and founder Oliver Dlouhy mentioned expanding to China is their next strategic market goal. Kiwi.com currently sells tickets of nearly 500 airlines around the world. It also offers a combination of multi airline flights with a connection guarantee. Kiwi.com daily registers about 90 million searches. At world ticket sales, it has a share of roughly 0.002% Dlouhy is expanding the company’s offered travel services to add other modes of transportation. Kiwi.com was established in 2012 and currently has about 2400 employees. From time to time speculation about the sale of the company or its part to the investors appears.
