German industrial group Bosch is employing 8,500 persons in the Czech Republic and uses further ca. 600 agency workers. The company plans to create hundreds of new positions in its Czech plants. Bosch’s Czech business continues to grow. Total revenues, incl. export, amounted to CZK 50.6bn in 2016, up 5.7% y/y. The company’s results are driven primarily by the production of equipment for diesel engine emission reduction.
