The development of exports in
2023 will depend on the economic growth of the largest foreign trading partners
of the Czech Republic and on the world situation in sectors important to the
Czech economy. This is mainly the automotive, engineering, electrotechnical, or
healthcare industries. This was announced by the director of the
International Relations Section of the Union of Industry and Transport of the
Czech Republic (SP) Lukáš Martin.
The conclusion of the post-Brexit agreement
between the EU and the United Kingdom on the dispute over Northern Ireland,
progress in negotiating the effects of the American Inflation Reduction Act
between the EU and the United States, or the conclusion of free trade
agreements can have positive effects.
