The Operational Programme Technology and Applications for Competitiveness (OP TAK) has allocated up to CZK 650 million. The Ministry of Industry and Trade will help small and medium-sized enterprises with research, development, innovation, and digitization projects.


In the second call, Innovation Vouchers, support applications can be submitted from 1 February 2023 to 1 February 2024. The call aims to develop communication and knowledge-sharing between the business and research spheres, which business entities can use to launch or intensify their innovation activities. Up to CZK 150 million is available for SMEs.

The first call for Innovation Clusters will support collective research projects and shared infrastructure for industrial research and development and for the development of an innovation cluster. Support is open to SMEs, for which up to CZK 250 million is earmarked. Support applications will be available from 23 January 2023 to 21 April 2023.

Under Call I Knowledge Transfer Partnership, a partnership between an SME and a research and knowledge dissemination organization will be supported to transfer knowledge to which the enterprise does not have access. This transfer is carried out with the participation of a so-called Knowledge Transfer Assistant, who is a Master's or Ph.D. graduate and who will be selected based on a selection procedure. Support applications will be accepted from 27 January 2023 to 28 April 2023. One hundred fifty million crowns are available for applicants.

The first call for technology platforms aims to create and implement strategies that will enable companies to respond to the everyday challenges, needs, and requirements associated with the industry transition to digital and green technologies. Up to €100 million is available under this call. Support applications can be submitted from 23 January 2023 to 14 April 2023.

The Agency is represented in all regions of the country, where it provides individual consultations on specific projects, organises expert thematic seminars, and operates a green line where interested parties can address their questions.
