Foreign workers must have negative tests.

The Ministry of Health (MZ) has introduced with effect from July 20, 2020, the obligation for employers to require a negative COVID-19 test from their foreign workers before commencing work. This was stated by Minister Adam Vojtěch, adding that it concerns employees from Sweden, most non-EU countries, and from Bulgaria, Romania and Portugal. The minister has commented on the travel traffic light system that only Sweden remained red, and therefore it was obligatory to have a negative test certificate. Canada is green so no test required at this moment. He added that in connection with the epidemiological situation in the Moravian-Silesian Region, the local public health station is introducing the obligation to wear face masks indoors and in public transport.
