The Government of the Czech Republic has approved the Strategy for the Support of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in the Czech Republic for the period 2021-2027 prepared by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic (MPO). The aim is to increase the productivity and competitiveness of Czech companies and thus at the same time strengthen the international position of the Czech Republic. Key areas include the business environment, access to finance, market access, research, development and innovation, digitization, the low-carbon economy and resource efficiency. The strategy was created in cooperation with individual ministries, representatives of the World Bank and the European Commission.
