After Dublin Prague is the second fastest growing city of the European Union. The list was made on the basis of standarts such as GDP per capita and human capital.

This stems from the CEE Investment Report by Skanska, Colliers International and Dentons, which describes the development of EU cities with focus on Central and Eastern Europe. The Czech capital attracts investors with an educated workforce that exceeds the EU average. The office space in Prague totals 3.5 million m2. The most active foreign investors on the commercial property market in the CEE region were South Koreans, with investments totalling EUR 686m. In 2018, investments in the CEE real estate market amounted to EUR 13.2bn. Of this amount, EUR 5bn was spent on offices.
