Carriers cancel foreign connections under govt regulation

As of March 14, 2020, international carriers are cancelling connections from the Czech Republic abroad, as decreed by the government. Leo Express said that with regard to the coronavirus impacting all carriers, it would be talking to the government about possible compensation. The restrictions currently apply to train connections to Poland and Slovakia and to bus connections to Austria, Poland, Slovakia and Ukraine. In addition to suspending

international connections, FlixBus is putting off its expansion plans. RegioJet is cancelling or adapting the operation of connections until April 4, 2020 for the time being.
