Milan Bergamo Airport and Czech company (and travel web portal) Kiwi.com have entered into a strategic partnership and jointly introduced a new transfer product called Bergamolynk.
Czech company Kiwi.com is the global travel technology provider and pioneer in implementing state-of-the-art technological solutions.
The partnership is a first for the Italian travel market and is expected to boost passenger numbers via Milan Bergamo Airport (Italy’s 3rd largest in terms of both passengers and freight). The Bergamolynk stopover product will enhance the experience for Kiwi.com customers travelling through the airport. The new partnership will offer benefits such as fast tracking, baggage assistance and additional duty-free enhancements. It should speed up and streamline the transfer process.
The Milano airport is estimated to increase the number of passengers handled to 20 million/year by 2020 by working with Kiwi.com. In 2018, the number of passengers using Kiwi.com worldwide rose by 88%.
